how do i adjust the tone arm to make my record deck work properly?
Hello
I have a Numark TT500 record deck. All records play perfectly well until the needle gets to the last few minutes or so of a track. Then there will either be distortion due to drag, or the record will skip and/or loop. What do I have to do with the tone arm to make the whole record play perfectly?

First, you have to `zero’ the tone arm. Set it to zero, (the arm will float) Then, gently move the tone-arm towards the center. At no point should the tone arm start to want to float back to the outside. There are adjustments for that as well. Though they are unique to each tone arm, so you will have to find that adjustment for yourself. I hope this helps.
