if i organise an event at a venue for private hire and the police catch drugs do i get into trouble?
im organising an event from scratch
music djs venue etc,
if the police come and people are taking drugs there will i be held responsibel or will thee venue be held responsible.

If you’ve taken reasonable steps to stop the drugs from coming in (like hiring licensed security guards…) then you will not be held responsible, but if it’s happening out in the open and you’re either letting it or not noticing it, you can be arrested for that.
