DJ question?
1. When/ where/ how can I learn to be a DJ ( and after that, maybe get to the point where I can get booked play live music in clubs. etc.,)??
2. Then, how do I turn pro (get to be a professional DJ), aside from already having all of the expensive music equipment and gear that I need, to do so?
3. Do I absolutely HAVE to to be a pro and get my name/ music out there and be heard of, before I can even be considered to play live gigs anywhere?
4. How much money per year do the top Pro DJ’s usually make (in profit)??
5. Can I get signed by a record label after awhile, after I turn pro, (or even before?)… or do I HAVE to have some kind of street rep., first, no matter what??
6. What’s it take to be a DJ?
7. Should I hire my own booking agent and/or coordinator (for planning and coordinating the specifics of upcoming shows, concerts, gigs, etc. that I would be hired to play at), or can/ should I do this all myself?
