European power sockets for electronic equipment?

When traveling to Europe from the US is it okay to bring your electronic equipment such as DJ equipment like mixers and turn tables, and stage lighting and get a power adapter/converter for them?

Will it in anyway cause unstable operation? I’m asking when it comes to electronic equipment that is more sensitive than household appliances. I wouldn’t want any glitches in mid performance.

Would it be better just to purchase European electronics for use over in Europe?

Also, are the sockets the same form say like UK, Germany, France, and Spain, or will adapter sockets be needed for each country?

If you want to destroy your equipment plug it in to a european plug! It is 220-230 volt. The sparks will fly. You need a power converter to lower the voltage. It might cost $120.– As the other person mentioned each country has different plugs. Germany and Austria are the same though. Enjoy your trip!

More bass please, we’re German
